· News subscription
You can sign up for news and updates by email where such service is provided on the Site. Only basic personal data, such as your email address is needed for registration. Other personal data such as your first and last name can be supplied, but this is entirely optional.

During this process, we may also store your IP address and the date and time of registration. The personal data collected as part of your registration will be used for sending you our news and/or other updates.
Our newsletters contain tracking pixels which enable log file recording for statistical analysis of our newsletter campaigns. We use HubSpot 25 First Street, 2nd Floor, Cambridge, MA 0214, United States as our email marketing service. We only store your email address for email marketing services.

You may use a contact form (where provided) in order to ask questions about us or our products and services. Oral Mucositis Awareness Day Social Media Community standards
Our community standards and guidelines help us to build conversations that moves us all forward in the progress against cancer and in for the management of cancer treatment side effects, together. By being part of the social media community hosted by Enlivity Corporation, we ask that you refrain from posting content and comments that contain:
1. Fraudulent content: False, deceptive and fraudulent content will be removed to the extent possible.
2. Illegal content: Content of an illegal nature and content encouraging illegal activity will be removed to the extent possible.
3. Spam: Users who repeatedly spam will be removed from the community without prior notice.
4. The solicitation of business: comments soliciting for business will be removed to the extent possible.
5. False, unverified or unsubstantiated health content relating to medical advice, diagnoses, treatment and unapproved/undirected use of products will be removed to the extent possible.
6. Identifying information: comments including an individual’s address, phone number, email address will be removed to the extent possible.
